I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2014
Interview
-Interviewed for Business Development for consulting/finance hybrid role
-Declined to go further in the process as I accepted another offer
-Seemed very culture focused - business development is a small team so lots of interview questions were behavioral
-Interview was basically a combination of basic technical IB questions, and a case study type question to see how you think
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
-Walk me thru a DCF valuation
-Where do you see the company headed in the next 5 years?
-Why do you want to work at Disney?
I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Celebration, FL)
Interview
I applied and contacted the hiring manager through LinkedIn. She had the recruiter set up an initial call which ended up being in two parts on two different days because she wanted time to really get to know me. I did not end up getting the job but that experience was amazing.

Question 1
How does you experience align with the job description?
I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (New York, NY)
Interview
I had an initial phone screening followed by a video interview with the hiring manager. The phone screening was more technical including a detailed breakdown of my resume. The video interview felt more casual with a few behavioral questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked a variety of stereotypical behavioral questions, such as workplace conflict resolution.
I applied online. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Glendale, CA) in Mar 2025
Interview
The process is long and inefficient, including several rounds of interviews. The recruiter is not responsive. The process is not professional. I was the finalist, and the recruiter rejected me with a very generic email, not even a phone call.
To a candidate who spent time and effort, the experience was disappointing.
