I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company in Feb 2013
Interview
Segmented into an initial online screening survey, quiz, and then followed up with a 1-on-1 phone interview. Hire for character, train for skill. Online stuff is really just to make sure you have ethics, phone interview is more in-depth to gauge personality. Interview was very warm, made the process effortless.
