Interviewed with head of department. Lots of questions asked about my process. He took a real interest. Found real commonalities and got excited about the prospect of possibly working there. He was knowledgeable and friendly and genuine. I was elated that by the end of the interview he suggested that I meet the team and be quizzed by them.
