Group interview, began with the store manager asking us to pick a product under £25 for a child between 1-5 years. Then the group proceeded into the back room where we were asked a series of questions about favourite films/characters, explaining what we would do in a certain scenario and pitching why our choice of product from earlier was the best choice. Ended with the manager giving us the opportunity to ask our own questions. Other applicants did not wait to speak and often spoke over my own answers to try and get in their own points. No reply was received for 7 months on the progress of the application. Overall pleasant but frustrating interview.
