Interview
I came to the store and took part in a group interview with 2 other applicants, i believe there was another 2 group interviews that took place. There were 3 positions available, 2 for day shifts & one night shift position. After the one interview i had a letter explaining if we had got the job we would receive a phone call in 5 days, if not we had not succeeded. I received a call 3 days later with them offering me a day shift position.
Easy! Everyone was so friendly. Applied online and was called for an in person interview within the week. Appreciated that it felt like they weren’t wasting my time by dragging on the provess

Interview
This was a group interview for the store in London. We were put into small groups, I was lucky that everyone in the group was very friendly. So we were able to bounce off each other. It wasn't an overly competitive environment.

There were Disney items behind us, we had to pick one and try to sell it.
Name a time where you worked with large crowds.
Who is your favourite Disney character?
Name a time where you worked with income targets.
I had a phone screen now I’m going into the Disney store for interview not sure if it’s going to be a group or 1 to 1 but I’m pleased to have passed the screen
