It was a group interview with 2 other people with a manager. There was chance to ask us questions about ourselves and there was a scenario where we were given an imaginary child and a budget and we had to go find some products on stage that fit our child's profile and budget.
Group interview with a number of different applicants, going through possible scenarios with customers and asked to sell products to an imaginary customer using selling strategies etc to encourage them to buy it

The process was smooth from start to finish. I received clear instructions ahead of time, and the interviewer was kind, professional, and genuinely interested in getting to know me. The interview felt more like a conversation than a test, which really helped calm my nerves.
