I applied online, It took one week to they ask me for a phone interview. It was just a phone screening interview so it was short and no specific. The recruitment process is so long so they start with phone screens and then ask you to continue further in the process if they are interested.

It was a pretty easy interview, asking me about myself and my professional background. The most specific question was about my knowledge with excel.

Went to the Disney offices for the day. Had a tour around the premises including cinema, film room etc. Carried out an excel test and 2 in person interviews as well as a presentation

Interview started off with a 20 minute phone screen from the recruiter, then a 30 minute interview through Bluejeans with the hiring manager, then a 2 hour interview with the team and hiring manager. No technical questions or case studies, they were all pretty much behavioral and going through my resume.

The interview process was terrible. The internal recruiter was unprofessional and severely uninformed about the position, salary, and benefits. She often provided inaccurate salary and job information over the phone with family screaming in the background.
