Interview
As a non-full time employee (working for a third party) the process is not indicative of what full time employees undergo for an interview. I performed a skills test and then had a short interview and was hired very soon after. From what I understand, full time position interviews are quite tough.

The test I had to take was where the challenge was. The interview was simple. The hard thing about the test was not what was required, it was interpreting the open-ended questions.
Great process, very relaxed but thorough, wanted to get a sense of what I was about rather than focused on asking typical interview questions just for the sake of it.

Great process, the interview was fairly simple and the interviewer was clearly just trying to gauge my experience, skills and motivation for the role with pretty standard questions. Very friendly and relaxed throughout.
