I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company
Interview
I met with the boss of the hiring manager because I reached out to her. Then she put me in touch with the recruiters. The process was jumbled, with around 3 recruiters talking to me at once. The recruiters set up a meeting with me to meet with the hiring manager. After that, they set up a meeting for me to meet with 4 team members, back to back. It was all virtual. The entire process was very fast, and I heard back with a rejection within a week or so.

The hiring manager surprised me with a market sizing question, which I was not expecting.
During the final round interview, the other team members also drilled in wanting to know about specific metrics/ KPIs I would use to measure success and they wanted me to use hard numbers rather than qualitative indicators.
