Really laid back and fun! Interviewer was very nice and excited, so if you’re relaxed and confident in yourself and the answers you give, the interview itself should go smoothly. Make sure to really share your excitement and fit key words in like the 5 keys to really make you shine!
I applied online. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Pleasant Hill, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
There was an online application, which included education and previous work experiences, as well as references. Then there was an online interview that was more or less a personality test, asking about your personality as well as how you would react to certain situations in and out of the workplace environment. The last portion was a phone interview, where they asked about previous work experience, mostly focusing on certain things and how they would relate to certain jobs at Disney.
