Wantable Junior Front End Developer interview questions

The interviewer seemed disengaged and annoyed the whole time. I remained courteous and thanked him for the phone call at the end. After that, he abruptly hung up without saying a word. No "thank you", or even a "good bye". I kept going over what I might have said, but the tone seemed set from the very beginning. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but it still felt pretty rude and unprofessional. I did received a nice email from HR the next day explaining that they felt I wasn't the right candidate for the position. Which I understand and appreciate, but after that interview, I don't think I would have taken the position if offered.
