First interview with human resources went smoothly, completed a typing test, word and excel test. second interview was with the assistant director who was very nice, introduced me to all the employees like i already had the job.... after being hired though i found out the interviewer does that with all candidates so they walk out of their interview feeling they already have the job. Interviewer was not professional with questions, seemed more interested in your personal life and then discusses with other employees prior to making her decision
