Quick review of my resume following a LinkedIn match. Followed by a casual conversation with both a manager and partner. Everyone was nice and made the process very smooth. Asked about opportunities to work in non-direct audit functions (like working in automation) and were open to the idea.

Interview process was very friendly. I was given knowledge of the firms past, and shared multiple laughs with the individuals giving the interview. The environment was honest and friendly, and every question I had, was answered was great depth. I was asked questions about my life, and my resume which let me speak to some of my strengths and weaknesses. Overall, it was a very good process with very kind individuals.

A recruiter spoke with me for 10 minutes and offered to set up an interview when the senior employee was available. Ended up interviewing 3 days later on Good Friday with 2 senior employees. Interview lasted 20 minutes, during which I asked questions about some things listed on their LinkedIn profiles, which they really liked. At the end, they both said I asked really good questions and had good answers. The following Monday, I received an offer.
