I had three interviews in total for an entry level internship position. Two interviews were in person and I drove an hour to each interview. The interview process was dragged out for over a month and I did not hear from them towards the end. Later I reached out and they informed me I was “sweet” and didn’t have enough experience (for an entry level position??). As the job market is tough right now, I thought I would inform others that they will probably waste your time. If you know what decision you are going to make, don’t waste a candidate’s time.
