I applied online and then got an email asking about my interest in the lab. Next email was regarding scheduling the interview. It was Skype interview and there were two rounds. First interview was with the lab and recruitment coordinator and then after a few days with the main boss. First interview was short and was more like what I should expect in the final interview. Second interview was longer and we talked about a lot of things regarding my professional and personal interests. After interview I got an email offering me the job.
