Interview very relaxed. Most managers tell you about the position and explain the expectations. They usually do not ask too many questions, but ask if you have any questions about the position. After the interview, I did have an email and have to have 5 people fill out a reference survey. For some interviews I had an interview with the manager and then a panel interview with the team. Another interview it was just with 1 manager and the other time it was with 3 different managers but all 1:1.

It was very long, and unfruitful. I did virtual interviews, and was given promising feedback and additional interviews, but at the end of the process the salary was unacceptable and that was disappointing
