I applied online in June and was contacted one month later to schedule an interview. I met and communicated with division administrator who seemed very interested in my background and me. She reiterated throughout the interview that I was a quality candidate and made positive comments about my test scores. She said that she would contact me at the beginning of the next week to schedule a second interview and then never reached out again. Personally, I find it to be really unprofessional when someone says they'll reach out and then doesn't.
