I was contacted for an initial phone screening, then proceeded with two interviews: one team/behavioral and the other technical. I received a request for each next interview within 24 hours of completing the one previous. I received no follow up after I was told they would be checking my references before taking next steps in the hiring process. While the interviews themselves went great, I would've appreciate notice that I did not get the job as well as some feedback.
