Interview
Standard, nothing surprising. Met with all managers and staff members. After the interview, they sent an offer letter in 3 weeks. We negotiated moving expenses. Tried to increase the salary but they refused to budge. Apparently the system wouldn't allow me to hire in above the salary of the former employee (who had less experience and knowledge) in this 'technical position'. It is different for faculty positions.
