Very typical interview process with typical questions asked. A good job to apply for and one of the best campus jobs, so practice beforehand and be yourself! They are looking for a diverse representation of the WashU student community to staff the university center, so being authentic is the best you can do for this interview. Even if you stumble through some questions, it's ok. Most of the candidates are interviewing for a job for the first time.

I was contacted for an interview after submitting my resume online through the center's website. The interviewers emailed me and we selected a time that worked. I came up to the offices upstairs and the interviewers (two of them) were ready with my resume and questions. They asked me behavioral questions.
