The interview process was an incredible waste of time. They were not at all respectful of my time, as they made me sit through four different interviews with every single person on a fairly large team. The interviews were pointless and ineffective, as each person was clearly tasked with making up their own questions and it was obvious some just didn't care. A few of the team members even complained about it during the interview, as they had better things to do than sit through yet another candidate interview. I advise you to try to be cognizant of other people's time. You're not that important.
