The interview process is long and you meet with several individuals. The conduct an initial interview via zoom. If that goes well, they ask to interview in person. Some didn't have much say in the hiring. It really should only be the upper management who is a part of the hiring process.

They brought me to their office and had numerous employees speak with me. It was pretty casual conversations. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed meeting with them. Also brought me to lunch
