I was called for a phone interview a few days after I applied for the position. I explained to the representative that I was at work and I was still asked “can we do a phone interview”. The representative told me to ask for her when I came to the in-person interview. I got past the phone interview and was interviewed in person. When I got to the interview nobody knew what representative I was referring too. I didn’t even know who was interviewing me until a few minutes before the interview! Awful first impression! I was not offered the position due to unknown reasons. I wasn’t called and found out via portal! Waste of time, effort, and energy. Not to mention the PTO I had to take in order to interview.
