Interview
This was an internal move for me. I kind of knew that this lab needed help so I applied, within about two weeks or so I ended up getting a job interview. During the interview I was introduced to some of the projects that they were working on. The PI wanted to know more about me and my experience and why I wanted to work in research and given a tour. After the tour I spoke to the lab manager and staff.

Interview
1st interview was a zoom interview. Felt more like a discussion. 2nd interview was a meeting with the whole team. Scheduled as one-on-ones. Overall the process was very smooth and comfortable.
