Interview
The whole interview process is very well structured and supported by their HR. There are at least three rounds of interviews, but one could say there's really four. First is a screening interview on the phone, when you walk Wasserman employee through your resume to make sure you didn't lie in it (which people tend to do), and both of you discuss your possible fit inside the company. Second round is in the office, where you spend at least 30 minutes with four people working for different accounts and groups. Mostly behavioral questions and also an attempt to find your best fit. For the third round they prepare a case study, and you have couple of days to submit it. Then, if it was up to their standards in terms of the content and ability to tell a story, you will be once again invited to their office to present the case to a group of 6-7 employees
2 rounds very nice people, second round case study which you should put a lot of effort towards. Super welcoming and willing to answer questions, didn’t really feel too formal
super straight forward and simple. The interviewers were nice and mainly focused on questions about your resume, what interests you about the company, and what you could contribute. No curveball questions

Question 1
What was something you saw in the media recently that interests you related to this position?
I thought it was easy, very generic behavioral questions. 1st round you talk about yourself and get to know more about the role. 2nd round is a case study which you get about a week to prepare for.
