Was great they do team atmosphere was not a problem for me. Talked to several team members they askd some trouble shooting machine questions. Asked type of machines I ran. Skillset how I run and maintain. Check parts and working with team members. Took a lengthy tour of plant saw all kinds of things I didnt understand. But could see technology is definitely there
