I applied via employee referral to the role and was contacted next day by a recruiter. They held a brief phone screen interview, outlining Wayfair culture and an overview of the role. I was then scheduled for an on-site 4 hour interview 2 weeks later. At the on-site, the first recruiter was late picking me up so I showed up late to the first location, cutting into my potential interview time. After that, it was 3 face to face interviews with people from various teams in the company and one face to face case interview with a person from a 4th team. Ultimately, the interviews felt very laborious and tiring; I was completely zoned out by the time the 4th person came around since there wasn't any new information; I was essentially repeating the same thing 4 different times. The interview was also filled with numerous technical questions, despite being for a junior role in what was described as a non-technical role. If this were to happen again, perhaps schedule a 1-2 panel interview so the candidate doesn't end up in the same situation. The company reached out after about another week and a half to let me know they wouldn't be moving forward but did provide plenty of feedback which was much appreciated.
