Interview
The person I interviewed with did not have very much information other than their WAH program is very new and not a long term project. Their responses to specific questions regarding how many employees they currently have working from home was very evasive.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Wayfair (Lakeland, FL) in Oct 2018
Interview
My first interview was over the phone with a Recruiter to determine my experience level with leading teams working from home. I was then scheduled for a 30 minute panel interview with a Manager and Senior Manager via a Google Hangout session. After receiving positive feedback from this interview, the Recruiter followed up with me to check my references. Once my reference checks were completed, I was scheduled for a second 30 minute Google Hangout interview with another Senior Manager. Following this round, I was scheduled for a final 30 minute Google Hangout interview with a Director. I received an offer via phone about 10 days later. The Recruiter was good to keep me updated on my status throughout the entire process and everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly.
