I applied, got a call back from their HR to setup an interview. I had the phone interview it lasted less than 5 minutes. The HR person clearly had no interest in talking to me, not sure why. She talked for less than 1 minute. I kept talking to try and get the person interested, no matter what I tried it was like I was wasting their time.

Gave me a codility test which I answered all questions correctly but still was rejected? Then it took them several weeks to get back to me even though the main manager had reached out to me on Linkedin.
