Interview
15 minute phone interview with HR Rep and 45 min case interview with Manager. General introductory call with HR Rep and case interview with Manager. Business case was largely focused on Wayfair logistics and online presence. Relatively straightforward calculations and nothing that would surprise you. Connection was a little spotty so be ready and listening once numbers and calculations are put out. All in all, fair interview and you were given every opportunity to do well.

How would you handle a superior speaking down to you
standard 3 parts: 1) OA on sql 2) case with cross teams 3) team match with HM. The team match takes longer than expected. HR is slow but when they reach you. They are very transparent and clear.
The interview process started with an initial phone screening with recruiter (included case study questions), then a behavioral interview, followed by a live case study. Overall experience was good, and the difficult was average.
