Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell us a time when you went above and beyond and the outcome?
Tell us a time there was an issue with a customer and how you resolved it?
I heard back within a few days of applying. I received a phone call going over the job position and all that it entails along with a interview from the recruiter. After that she said I’d be a great fit for the position and asked if it was something I’d enjoy doing and I moved on to phase two which was a zoom call with a manager. During this interview we had a role play which was a bit uncomfortable since it was my first zoom interview but she let me redo the role play after I expressed I thought I could’ve done better. Overall, great experience

I got an email saying to set up a phone interview. I thought the phone interview went super well but, ultimately, I was not given the position. The person was really nice and just asked me about myself and then asked me about my sales experience.
