Applied thru LinkedIn, got a call from recruiter and scheduled 45 min phone call with hiring manager. Phone call went well and got an invitation from onsite interview. Very bad onsite interview ever. 4 rounds including 3 technical and 1 HR round with a senior manager. All 3 of the technical rounds concentrated only on one Security question. One interviewer doesn't even know how to ask a question, she used all internal terms in an interview. How would outside person can know Security terms within the company? I would never ever join this kind of team. Fortunately I did not get an offer because instead of answering to the interviewer, I've started asking more questions ;)
