I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair
Interview
I was originally contacted by a Wayfair Recruiter who I spoke with on the phone for 30 minutes and had a great conversation. When I was brought in for an on-site, I found out that recruiter had been laid off, okay no hard feelings about that. However, the recrutier that stepped in never ended up getting in touch with me to tell me I didn't get the job. I spent 3+ hours in Wayfair interviewing which was time out of my current job. The recruiter never called me back to tell me I didn't get the job, instead, I got an email from Wayfair asking to take a survey on their interview experience after never officially being told I didn't get the job. I found this extremely disrespectful.
