Interview
As a co-op, you get phone screened and then brought in for an interview. I was lucky enough to get placed under the manager who interviewed me. Most other co-ops get randomly placed throughout the company, usually within a requested department.
Simple, based on their People Principles. There were mainly "tell me about a time when..." stories that fit into their people principles, so having moments that can be applied to them is important.
Two back-to-back rounds with two interviewers (one behavioral, one case). The behavioral was very standard questions (tell me about yourself, tell me about your previous roles, etc) and the case was more about vetting thought processes and required basic algebra.
