I only had a Video interview with the Team Leader. The interview itself went well, the discussion was pleasant and the TL could answer all my questions. The problem is the feedback process. After more than 6 weeks I am still waiting for a feedback. I Have written back to the TL twice, he did never get back to me, not event to ask me to wait a bit longer for the feedback. They just disappeared. I have also tried to connect with other recruiters and find out waht the status of my application was, but with no success. I decided to withdraw my application. I have the feeling they work in a messy environment, the workload is too high and the management struggles to lead the team properly. Also, they went through a massive redundancy plan recently, and now thay are again hiring massively... I would not recommend Wayfair as an employer, there are hundreds of better groups in Berlin, just look somewhere else!
