I liked the company and the team members I met with but overall the process took way too long. The recruiter was dragging her feet on every step of the process. Even when I let her know that I had multiple offers, she still did not move things along. I ultimately had to pull away from the process because wayfair could not move things along with “review season and upcoming vacations” signals to me that this is a slow moving org and cannot multi task compared to other tech companies. The role has also been open for 9 months prior to me starting the process which is just not a good sign for any tech company and shows they do not know what they want. The questions in the interview were rather basic and entry level for an associate director role. They should consider having a separate process for more senior roles.
