I can't give enough praise for Wayfair's candidate experience. The process was supportive and transparent throughout, and they really gave me all the information and support I needed to ensure I did well. The first round was a phone interview with a recruiter who was friendly and welcoming, and at the end of it he told me that I would be progressed to the next round. The final round was 2 back to back Zoom interviews with managers in different locations. They were also very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. It was easy to book an interview time that suited me through Wayfair's online scheduling system, and the recruiter kept me informed throughout. He even called me the day before my final round interviews to check if I had any questions and coach me. They also sent me a huge amount of information to prepare me. The whole experience was extremely positive.
