I applied online. I interviewed at Wayfair (Kansas City, MO)
Interview
I had an interview scheduled 3 different times. The first two times no one showed up to the interview. I sat at my computer for a half hour staring at myself in my webcam. Not even kidding. No one cared to send me an email saying it was rescheduled. I decided to accept their apology and try for one more interview but they couldn't get me in for another month and a half. Really?
I scheduled it anyways just incase I didn't find any other employment opportunities. Although this didn't take long as I accepted an offer days later. I emailed the person conducting my interview to tell them I had accepted another offer and no longer needed my 3rd interview. Still no response and they ended up calling me during my training for my new job to ask me why I never showed up to the interview. What gives? Communication is lacking in the recruitment department. Responsibility is lacking in the recruitment department. I hope they get this straightened out so no on has to go through what I did.
