The Hiring process is extermely slow, The process went of for almost 2 months, and over 6 rounds, just to end up with a feedback that made no sense !! The process started with a initial call with HR, then with a Senior operations Manager, then had to go through 4 tests (SQL,Coding,Business Acumen,Analytics) , post this round There was again Interviews scheduled in which I was asked a riddle to solve instead of Business Case study that was suppose to be asked in the round!! The last round was very good, it went really well, I answered all the questions pretty well, It was very unfortunate that I did not receive an offer from them!! The process needs to improve and be little more crisp and to the point, rather than wasting the time of candidates!!
