If I am to be honest, the interview process was a mixed bag—and that's how it made me feel about the company. Even now, I can't decide whether or not I'd like to work at Wayfair, Anyway, here were the processes:
Stage 1: Online assessment (easy leetcode + SQL that required JOIN and COELASE)
Stage 2: Biz case
Stage 3: Biz case + Data set analysis/presentation + Behaviorial
Regarding the Data set analysis/presentation, they give you a dataset, which you are supposed to analyze via excel, python, or R. Supposed to take ~6 hours, I probably spent 10+, mostly because I found some pretty interesting insights. You also make a powerpoint presentation. When it came time to present, though, the interviewer was 10 mins late, and seemed kind of distracted. It was apparent that they had other priorities to attend to, and really threw me off. Most of the other interviewers were pleasant though.
