they seemed to be very organized and professional, but they are not. i had an interview set up. got a reminder then night before. great. they have a lot of "prep" homework, which is fine. 30 minutes prior, i noticed the meeting invitation disappeared and changed. i wasn't sure b/c i got a confirmation of the original time the night before. i called the coordinator. voicemail. i emailed the coordinator, she emailed me back and said the interviewer had a conflict. if I hadn't called...? It was just rude and disrespectful. To schedule a video interview takes planning and paying for child care, taking time out of your day etc....not professional or respectful.
