There were several attempts to set up a phone screening, and each time, i was not called and not sent a message letting me know about what happened. I had to advocate and reach back out myself. I did eventually get it set up and finished. I was going to be a few minutes late for my interview due to unexpectedly very heavy traffic, and let the recruiter know 30 minutes in advance of my scheduled interview time. Once i got to the in-person interview, there were two interviewers. They were polite and excited about the company. They asked various questions. Ultimately i was not hired and i believe it was because i was late, which was disappointing considering the frequent ghosting during the phone interview process.
