The first round took place with the designated recruiter covering aspects such as the job fitment, career motivation, keenness to apply at Wayfair and the administrative questions around the availability and salary; after which there was a hiring manager round that assessed the team fitment, proximity to the role, overall persona and expectation, and finally, took place the panel discussion that addressed the values Wayfair stands for and included several behavioural questions (asked by different panellist depending on their area of work within Wayfair). Some of these topics were, diversity, collaboration, labour law and team work.
