Phone screen with Recruiter, then with Hiring Manager, then a round of 4 video interviews with 2 Executive Recruiters, the same Hiring Manager, and another Executive Recruiter that gave me a scenario test. I could tell my first 2 out of 3 video interviews did go great, so it would've been nice to have Wayfair drop me at that point so we didn't have to waste their time or mine with the last interview (which was a couple days later). The Recruiter was my point of contact through the whole process. When they decided not to give an offer, she called me and we talked about it. That was so great to have versus just an email. She gave me great feedback - 1) I didn't show enough interest in Wayfair. It seemed like I didn't really want to work there (this was partly true). 2) I did not demonstrate enough proactive examples, it seemed like I was more reactive.
A lot of the interview questions were a reaction to my answer, or I was asked to expound, so the interviews felt more like conversations.
