1. Initial call with HR to offer the interview & describe the recruitment process
2. Call with Creative Director to discuss salary expectations
3. 3 hours of panel interviews (these were 1:1s with 3-4 senior colleagues across immediate team and adjacent teams)
3. Offer Call & contract negotiation with HR
