I am still shocked and it's been about two weeks since this happened. I submitted my application, got a response right away, scheduled a call and waited. The day of the call I got an email from the recruiter that due to some last minute pressing things the call has to be rescheduled. I put a new time slot in our calendars and the recruiter NEVER SHOWED UP! Let alone, I never even got any follow-up to my email saying I am happy to try a different time that hopefully works. I haven't seen such a horrible practice. Definitely tells a lot about the company.
