Interviews were not easy but it did give you an insight on how the company runs. All interviewers were on time and very nice people. They don't try to trick you, they genuinely want to know about you and want to show you the company.

2. Take away assignment or coding with a team member
3. System design Interview discussing how to build scalable system
4. Behavioral and Team fit
Caution :
1. Wayfair way of valuation of stock is not the same way market values it , Be sure to ask for a TC that is based off of real market numbers . TC = Base + Stocks (No bonus )
2. If the role requires you to be available 24/7 , Think twice !! . Depending on how large /small team /intelligent , your life is going to be messed up. If you don't mind being on Pager Duty 24/7 2 weeks/months .Be sure ask for more TC, there is no over time pay for begin available/working in the middle of night .
3. Get clarity on the leveling (Associate Director/Staff/Senior ). Get to know who is ultimately responsible technically to fix an issue in the middle of night. I believe HR misguides you so as to pay less.
