I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Wayfair
Interview
I had 2 separate interviews lasting about 3 hours in length each. Interview questions included several behavioral questions, it was not too challenging. However, I was told I would be receiving a job offer and that they had told other candidates they were not moving forward with them. HR was aware I had other offers on the table. A few weeks later they informed me they were no longer hiring me- after I had declined the other job offers. Most unprofessional HR experience I have ever encountered.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Applied online, got a response from a recruiter the next day. Phone screen was a few days later and received an invite to come in for the final round later that same day.
The in-person interview was split into thirds, behavioral, situational, and a case. Like many of the other reviews say there is no real way prepare for the case, they are looking for more of your thinking and ability to take direction rather than the actual number. During my case, I was not allowed to use a calculator so that threw me for a loop because I was told repeatedly beforehand that I was going to be able to.
The process itself was nice, all the interviewers were friendly, my recruiter brought me snacks between sessions. I was there for around 3-4 hours.
I was told that I would hear back no later than 2 days after the interview. I didn't receive a response from the recruiter until a week later asking to set up a time to call me within the next two days. She never ended up calling and dragged it out until the end of that week. After finally getting her on the phone it turned out to be a rejection call.
