Wayfair E-Commerce Specialist interview questions

Very quick turnaround and feedback, but still a super long process. Someone put in a referral for me and within 24 hours a recruiter had reached out. I interviewed for a role she suggested first, and they filled that role with someone else, but said they loved me as a candidate and wanted to continue helping me in my job search. I interviewed for another role she suggested as well. Over a 5+ week process, I had several phone calls, two video interviews with two different departments, and then a 3+ hour in person interview in the office. To be honest, I felt as though I received a lot of extremely promising feedback but in the end no offer was extended. They made it seem like they wanted to make it work for me as a candidate, but they didn't even call my references for feedback. Huge lapse in judgment there! Everyone I spoke to was lovely, but the process was not only lengthy, but very involved. It was disappointing to have it pan out to nothing in the end.
