Interview
I was contacted by a 3rd party recruiter who initially was very attentive and proactive in the process. I then met with the internal HR screener whom displayed good rapport. After meeting with an upper level manager (whom said I should expect to hear something within a few days) The HR manager kindly acknowledged the obligatory thank you note even showing interest in the potential outcome of the interview. Then *crickets*! Nothing for weeks. Upon contacting the 3rd party recruiter I was eventually informed the team had decided to go a different direction.
